Audio-Technica ATH-R50x Open-Back Reference Headphones

Professional open-back reference headphones

Deliver natural, detailed sound with surprisingly powerful bass and clear midrange – perfect for mixing, mastering, or analytical listening. Designed for precision and comfort, they provide an expansive, lifelike soundstage ideal for professional or home studio use.

Pure open-back design

The fully open-back construction allows unrestricted airflow, eliminating internal resonance and coloration. You hear the true, unaltered performance directly from the drivers – natural, open and transparent.

Powerful yet accurate drivers

The 45 mm drivers, inspired by the original ATH-R70x, have been re-engineered for deeper bass extension and clear, balanced mids. They deliver high-resolution sound with excellent transient response and a realistic stereo image.

Lightweight comfort and durability

Weighing just 207 g, the new ergonomic headband and velour earpads provide exceptional long-session comfort. Two detachable twist-lock cables (3.0 m and 1.2 m) ensure flexibility for studio or portable setups.
