Lace Expert is a high-quality sound-absorbing foam with increased density and latex impregnation. The material effectively dampens sound in the frequency range from 100 to 2,000 Hz. This significantly improves the acoustic comfort in the vehicle. Lace Expert is very flexible and easy to apply on complex surfaces. It bonds well and delivers excellent results without additional reinforcement. It can be compressed into tight spaces without loss of performance. This material is an improved version of Lace and offers better attenuation on low and mid tones up to 3,000 Hz. In addition, it has a pleasant structure and a beautiful color. The material has a density of 45 kg/m³ and a thickness of 19 mm. It is non-flammable and works within a temperature range of -40 to +90 degrees. Short-term temperatures of up to 120 degrees are tolerated without damage. Lace Expert is made of polyurethane foam with a liquid polymer structure. It is used for sound insulation of doors, roofs and interior panels. The ideal installation temperature is between 18 and 30 degrees Celsius. During installation, the surface must be clean, dry and free of grease to optimise adhesion. Air bubbles under the material should be avoided for best results. Store the material in a dry place below 40 degrees. Avoid contact with oil, moisture and direct sunlight. It should not be stacked higher than two meters to prevent damage.
