2000’s Selmasongs presents music from the Lars von Trier-directed film Dancer In The Dark in which Bjork starred as Selma, a role for which she was named Best Actress at the Cannes Film Festival that year. In addition to vividly dramatic Bjork-composed score segments, selections with vocals include “New World,” “Cvalda” and “I’ve Seen It All,” a duet with Radiohead’s Thom Yorke.
