    Velocity-Sensitive Pads

    Like an acoustic drum kit, the digital drum set responds to different playing techniques and the drummer’s hit velocity. All pads on the DD-530 are velocity-sensitive. Both the ride and crash cymbals have a “cymbal choke” function: you can stop the sound immediately after striking by hand.

    Mesh Heads

    The special woven heads are ideal for E-Drums and offer an extremely authentic response. Compared to conventional rubber pads, mesh heads deliver an unparalleled playing feel and realistic rebound. The trigger signal is optimally transmitted to the sound module, ensuring nuanced, accented playing. The XDrum DD-530 provides two 8-inch and two 10-inch drum pads with mesh heads.

    Drumkits and Drum Sounds

    Through the kit menu, you can select from 45 drumkits to play via the pads. You can modify individual sounds and adjust pitch, volume, reverb, etc. 400 drum sounds, categorized into groups such as acoustic snare, electronic snare, percussion, etc., guarantee maximum variety.

    Learning Mode

    In learning mode, you can specifically practice snare and drum beats with or without accompaniment. You have the option to record and evaluate your practice sessions and play back your recorded exercises. All practice sessions are specially designed to train your speed, precision, and endurance and support you in developing your drumming skills.
