• Magnat Signature 505 Three-Way Hi-Fi Floorstanding Speakers

  The Signature 505 is the more compact of the two floorstanding speakers, but still stands at 930 mm tall. It is equipped with a dual Hi-Res certified tweeter unit with two fmax domes and also features a 170 mm midrange driver, as well as an additional 170 mm woofer. The front panel with integrated wave guides also optimizes the dispersion characteristics. The spikes supplied with the package not only ensure the secure placement of the Signature 505, they can also be used for acoustic decoupling. As a stereo speaker, it is distinctive in terms of sound but also in its role as a front channel in a home cinema system.

  The Magnat Signature 500 is the first entry level in the world of audiophile hi-fi. Here, the elaborate chassis with the latest technologies is combined with the production quality unique in this category. And all this with a system, from the stereo stereo system to the ambitious, perfectly sounding home cinema with active subwoofer, everything can be combined entirely according to your preferences in the introductory Signature category.
  INNOVATIVE CHASSIS CONSTRUCTION
  The heart of the superb high-frequency reproduction is our new high-definition unit with two, yes, two fmax tweeters. A 30 mm dome with an extra-wide bead allows it to operate at a low crossover frequency and therefore perfectly coupled with the midrange speaker. The additional 20 mm super dome tweeter forms the basis for an extended frequency response beyond 50 kHz. It also exhibits excellent overall dispersion characteristics. With this combination, it is certified with the Hi-Res seal by the Japan Audio Society.
  FE Dynamics woofers and subwoofers have specially coated diaphragms that are checked for interference tuning and optimized using laser technology, the so-called Klippel method. A ventilated voice coil unit, the speaker unit, guarantees optimal cooling and, therefore, maximum durability – even when things get “loud”.
  EXCELLENT PRODUCTION QUALITY
  The solid MDF cabinet has low resonance, providing the best sound conditions for the chassis. The Signature 500’s diaphragm is coated with black high-gloss piano lacquer on the black ash models, with the mocha finish complemented by a silk matt anthracite front panel. Sturdy decorative rings held in place by six screws not only refine the appearance, but also the position of the speakers. The removable fabric cover allows the choice between a very subtle look and one that reveals the technology. The crossover, made of high-quality components, operates with 24 dB cut-off filters, is optimized for range and phase and therefore allows precise control of the individual chassis. The large-sized terminals not only allow the use of high-quality cables, but also facilitate bi-wiring and bi-amplification, i.e. the use of different cables or amplifiers for the bass and treble ranges. The great attention to detail that has gone into the design of the Signature 500 is also demonstrated by the use of the Airflex port with a rounded reflective opening, which minimizes flow noise.
  IT CAN BE COMBINED IN MANY WAYS
  The Signature 500 is available in various versions. This means that fans of pure stereo playback can combine different settings, while home cinema enthusiasts can also choose the perfect combination. A bookshelf speaker, the Signature 503, two different floorstanding sizes, the Signature 505 and 507, and the Signature Center 53 speaker make it possible to find the perfect solution for every room and every acoustic requirement. The active subwoofer Signature Sub 300 A gives the desired emphasis to the low-frequency range.
